CANCELLATIONS

Budget Tours -   Hotels will be 30 minutes from the general tour area and attractions not specified  until 2 weeks prior to departure.

Balanced Tours -  Hotels will be in the downtown area and close to attractions that are included in the tour. 

Premium Tours - Will include upscale Hotels in the downtown area and upgraded meals and attractions.

 

By Client: If you need to cancel before the final payment date: 

Budget  motorcoach tours are 100% refundable until 2 weeks prior to departure.  You may find someone to fill your seat at any time.  

Balanced tours cancellation fee is your initial deposit, no refunds after 60 days prior to departure.

Premium tours Payments are refundable until the cut off date listed in each tour.  Your reservation will automatically cancel if final payment is not received by the due date. 

After the final payment date - You may find a replacement to take your trip, refunds are no longer available. If you purchased a travel insurance plan or have travel insurance through the credit card you used to pay, please contact the provider to file a claim.

 

By Moon City Travel: In the event that we must cancel a trip for commercial reasons beyond our control, including if the minimum number of trip participants is not met, you will be able to transfer any amount paid toward any trip in the next 24 months. You may also opt for a full refund,.

By Force of Nature: In the event that a trip is cancelled due (but not limited) to natural disasters, pandemics, border restrictions, terrorism, or political instability, Moon City Travel will offer you a future trip credit valid for 24 months from the original trip date. 

Moon City Travel is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur as result of your booking, including (but not limited to) visas, vaccinations, clothing, equipment, testing, travel insurance, or non-refundable flights. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is highly recommended to help protect you and your investment against the unexpected. Travel insurance can often be purchased along with your flight or you can book your insurance option along with your trip.
